RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

We know returns can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make it easy. If you have any questions after reading this, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We stand by everything we sell and want you to love your Cosmic Roots experience.

Not completely satisfied with your online purchase? No problem! You can return it for a refund or credit within 30 days of the date your package was delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. All returns must be authorized by Cosmic Roots.

You the customer are responsible for shipping the package back to us and the cost of the shipping.

Special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items, fragrances, beauty products, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

(Once your return is received, processing can take up to 7-10 business days before your refund is issued. Please be sure to include all required paperwork in your return, otherwise you may experience additional processing delays. For questions on the status of your return, contact us.) 

  • PACKAGING YOUR RETURN:

The safest way to send your return is in the original packaging. Don’t have it? No worries! Place the item in a zipper storage bag, secure it in a bubble mailer or sturdy box (e.g., 7x5x3).

  • Avoid paper envelopes, as they increase the risk of loss or damage.
  • Returning a chain or necklace? Clasp it before securing it in a box or storage bag to avoid tangling.
  • Only include the items listed on your return form. Don’t send personal items or heirlooms, as we cannot be responsible for them.

  • CANCELING YOUR ORDER:

Once an order is placed we can not guarantee an order can be cancelled depending on when we receive the request and if the order has shipped. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
